These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nano Embedding ("the Service," "the Bot," "we," "us," or "our") on the Discord platform. By inviting, installing, or using the Bot in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nano Embedding, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction), and
You have the authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of a Discord server you manage or administer.

2. Use of the Service

Permitted Use

You may use Nano Embedding for its intended purpose, including enhancing and generating rich embeds for supported links and content within Discord servers where you have permission to install and operate the Bot.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's systems or infrastructure.
Use the Service to collect, process, or distribute personal or sensitive data without proper authorization.
Attempt to bypass usage limits, safeguards, or technical restrictions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your use of Nano Embedding.
You must ensure that your use complies with Discord's Community Guidelines, server rules, and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any servers where the Bot is installed.

4. Functionality and Availability

No Warranty

Nano Embedding is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

Downtime

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Embedding and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or account penalties.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Nano Embedding at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, or illegal activity.
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your Discord server.

7. Third-Party Services

Nano Embedding operates exclusively on Discord. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of Discord or any other third-party services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nano Embedding after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
